About Me

Renee Layton - The Summit Neighborhood Watch Chair
I wanted to do something to help my neighborhood be a little safer. Instead of just complaining about it, I wanted to be part of the solution. I decided to organize a neighborhood watch. As the chair, I act as a liason between the residents & the city. One of the great benefits to having an active Neighborhood Watch is to "look out for each other". We can help reduce crime if we simply watch out for suspicious activity.
