Suspicious Vehicle in Diamond Summit...
FYI from a resident yesterday... There's a sliver (Honda, I think), 4-door
vehicle with a woman driving through the neighborhood stopping at homes with their garage doors open, snapping g pictures. I am assuming taking inventory of the contents. Maybe a good idea to close the doors, even if you are home. Last seen heading south on Wakefield Way and about 6745 south.

A resident in the neighborhood gave a great tip on how to avoid theft through a garage. He said, "Hearing a lot about how people are pushing the top of your garage door In and hooking your release rope and they're in. I just zip tied mine so that can't happen. Cheap and easy insurance in my mind." Thanks for the tip!

National Night Out 2015
Thursday, August 20th at 6 - 8 PM

{LDS Meetinghouse Parking Lot}
We'll have our annual National Night Out Neighborhood Block Party! Hot! The city is providing our hot dog dinner, with water & chips. We'll enjoy visits from the WVC Police & Fire Departments, Elected Officials & City Staff! Also, we'll have children's finger printing, face painting! Please bring a dessert or side dish to share (we will not have forks & spoons)!
